Trading Delisting Schedule

The delisting of all six spot trading pairs will occur between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM UTC on August 23, 2024. We strongly advise all users to cancel any open orders for these pairs before this time. Any remaining orders will be automatically canceled by the system. Please note that automatic cancellations may require 1–3 business days to process.

Deposit Suspension

Deposits for the affected tokens—TUP, THG, CONV, BLOK, BRWL, and NYM—were suspended starting August 15, 2024, at 8:00 AM UTC. Users should avoid attempting to deposit these assets.

Withdrawal Suspension

Withdrawals for the same tokens will be suspended starting November 23, 2024, at 8:00 AM UTC. Users are encouraged to withdraw or manage these assets well in advance of this deadline.

After the delisting is complete, any remaining holdings of these tokens can be found in your account under Assets > Funding > Untradable Assets.

Asset Management After Delisting

Once a token is delisted, it will no longer be available for trading on the platform. However, users can still access and withdraw these assets from their funding accounts until the withdrawal suspension date. Proper asset management is crucial to avoid unnecessary complications.
